From the moment you step inside The Boulders, you'll be surrounded by soaring vaulted ceilings, rich Australian cypress wood floors, massive stone fireplaces, and luxurious furnishings that create an atmosphere that feels both grand and inviting. The expansive living room is the heart of the home, anchored by a dramatic 20-foot stone gas fireplace featuring a remarkable 600-year-old antique mantle, while oversized windows frame spectacular long-range mountain views in every season.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream for entertaining, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a professional 6-burner gas range perfect for preparing everything from holiday feasts to casual mountain breakfasts. Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out, relax, and reconnect.
With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms including 3 luxurious king master suites on the main level, the home comfortably accommodates large groups while still offering privacy and comfort for every guest. Nearly every bedroom includes its own satellite TV and private bath access, creating a true resort-style experience.
Downstairs, the entertainment level is built for unforgettable nights after a day exploring the mountains. Challenge friends to a game of pool, gather around the massive stone wood-burning fireplace, enjoy drinks at the custom wet bar, or unwind in the private sauna and steam room. Outside, soak under the stars in the Hot Springs hot tub while taking in the cool mountain air and peaceful surroundings.
Whether you're sipping coffee on the covered deck at sunrise, relaxing by the fire after a day on the slopes, or soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars, staying at The Boulders is the kind of extraordinary mountain experience guests remember long after their stay ends.
Important Notes:
- This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
