- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to this home can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. <br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. <br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.<br />
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary. <br />
- There is a flat, paved parking area for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that the driveway does not provide a convenient area for turning around. Guests should be comfortable backing out of the driveway when departing the property.<br />
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.<br />
