The rentalwas clean and had everything except a coffee maker that used pods. None the less - beach location..close to restaurants and a perfect view of the ocean 24/7.

Softball Trip 2022-07-18

We were there for a softball tourney in which the location to the fields was excellent with the plus being on the beach. Condo was roomy and in excellent shape. Large balconies is a plus. Was very clean as well. The only thing I would say that would have been nice is that the air conditioner in the right side lobby was working and that there be some way of cooling the elevators. Overall would recommend these condos to family and friends.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious, on the beach, had carts for bringing stuff up the elevator (ie groceries) and was clean/comfy. We left them a boogie board and a cooler that hopefully future guests can take advantage of.

We rented two condos at Gulf Dunes and had a great time. We love the property right on the beach and within walking distance to good food. Would love to make this an annual family destination.

We have been staying at Gulf Dunes for several years. This was our the first time staying in the West building and we liked this building better. We have had a couple of issues with units in the East building. Wish there were more one bedroom units available in the West building.

Annual Vacation @ Gulf Dunes 312 & 316 The Helms & Ibert Families 2021-08-09

We love Okaloosa Island! We visit at least once a year, and Brooks and Shorey, and Gulf Dunes are our go-to rental properties. The beach service is terrific and the views are spectacular! Beach access is limited to one walkway with no ramps, shared between the two condominium units, and the one available walkway is in need of maintenance. The bathrooms in these units need to be upgraded to handicap accessible, for those of us with mobility issues. By the way, we love the new exterior painting to Gulf Dunes!

The only complaint we had was the beds in the 2nd bedroom. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable! We love the area and enjoyed our stay very much and will probably book another stay at the Gulf Dunes soon!

Family Fun 2020-07-14

We were told not to expect to be in our rental til 4:00 and that we would get a call when it was ready. To our surprise, we were called at 2:00! We were so excited to be able to go straight to the condo with a code and that it was ready early! The place was clean and welcoming. My family always enjoys being there on a Wednesday night for the fireworks that we have an awesome view of from the large balcony. It never disappoints!! This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Gulf Dunes and we will be back!

Thought October would be a quiet time — Not. Did not know Kentucky fall breakers invade in October. Other than the crowd, and the crazy idea of going to beach at 7 am to “reserve”’a spot it was a wonderful vacation. We will just do more research on what week to go. Unit was great, roomy, clean.
