Our visit to paradise 2022-05-11

This was a nice time for just my husband and I to really enjoy the peace that comes with the beach. The condo was in great shape and very, very clean. I enjoyed the kitchen being fully supplied with everything you need to cook and serve with ready and waiting to be used. We had a tiny issue of the surface bulb over the stove not working, but I let the office know and a maintenance man came a few hours later and had it fixed. Brooks and Shorey are wonderful to work with, always pleasant and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed Rockin Tacos, Anglers, McQuires Irish Pub and of course who can resist a Whataburger burger. Mostly I appreciate the umbrella and chairs set up for me every day to enjoy!!! That is a huge THANK YOU!! Okaloosa Island is a tremendously beautiful and very clean white sands beach a pleasure to visit. Everyone should have the opportunity to put their toes in the sand and breathe in that fresh air and swim in that beautiful water. We will be back in October, we are usually there once a year. Thank you for a great time.

We loved our stay here. Right on the beach. Love the beach service chairs. We asked for maintenance to change the AC filter. They were out in less than an hour to change out the filter. We will stay here again.

We absolutely loved our Condo. It is part of a small complex which made it nice because we were not crowded on the beach. The Condo itself is an excellent floor plan and is in an excellent location. I do plan to return!

Our stay with Brooks and Shorey Resorts was amazing. We enjoyed our time there. Everyone I worked with was amazing. I was in several condos while we were there this might be an older condo but it was roomy, homey, quiet and the balcony and chairs were great too. Our grandchildren were at times the only people in the pool. The walk to the beach and chairs come in handy also. The free golf, dolphin tours were awesome.

Very nice condo! 2021-05-25

The unit and the property in general were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our timing was not the greatest. Wind and riptides during mid May prevented us from fully enjoying the beach. Also, the rooftop pool was amazing but cold during our trip. Beds were comfortable with plenty of towels, etc. Only maintenance problem was that the gate to the pool malfunctioned and so we didn't get to acess the pool at all on our last day there.

Spent the week of spring break visiting. Over all property was clean parking a large SUV was a bit of a chore though. Short drive to anywhere you wanted to visit.

It was an amazing location. Perfect size for a family or group of friends. I think it could us a little updating but it was still an awesome time. It was probably one of the best places we have booked.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulfside 203 very much. We didn't have any hassle walking over to the beach and the property had chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Which made the beach trip even more convenient. The property was perfect for our family vacation. It wasn't too rowdy, being it was fourth of July weekend and all. The balcony view was amazing to have our morning coffee. Overall it was a great family experience and we'd love to visit again.

Overall we loved the stay. Beautiful view and very relaxing. Only “negative” things were the WiFi not working and there was a broken board under the bunk bed. But would for sure stay here again.

If you need a home away from home and take you into the full view of the ocean and beautiful beach, then this is the place. ITS BEAUTIFUL. The items in the condo were well thought through, the items in the kitchen were ample enough to cook for a big group of guests. The nearby retail store Publix is such an added plus that you do not need to carry stuff from home, including nearby restaurants and stores. The umbrella and chair services are awesome. The beaches are so clean and not crowded. The pool on the terrace is an instant hit with the kids. This place is equidistant to many nearby beaches. The parking is sufficient. You will feel safe at this condominium. On the caution side, just make sure beforehand that the WiFi issue has been fixed as the WiFi does not work at all.
