This condo was spectacular. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets daily. Condo was in excellent condition. Convenient to stairs. Never used elevator except when using luggage cart. I plan on returning again. Brooks & Shorey were excellent to work with.

Summerlin is the place to stay when visiting Ft. Walton Beach. There are few units, the beaches are not crowded and the property is great. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily...I've returned to this location three times in the last decade and it's a great place to stay!

Our extended family had a great vacation at the Summerlin. The views from the balcony to the beach were beautiful, and the access was so close with the extras of the umbrella and beach chairs included. Dolphin, turtles, and shark sightings from the pier, which everyone enjoyed!

Great location! Condo was clean and ready to go on time. Brooks and Shorey has never failed us! We were worried at first that the condo would be ready until 6 pm because of cleaning protocols, but we were called at 2:30 and said it was ready to go. Thanks B&S! The only problems we encountered were a low battery in smoke alarm at 1 in the morning and a broken table leg that we fixed.

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 3. The beach access was amazing! We did have trouble getting into the condo. We were given a door code that did not work. We left a voicemail with the after hours emergency number. Our call was returned in a timely manner and we were able to get settled in.
The condo was very clean, but had a musty smell. I am not sure if the dehumidifier was not working or if the carpet had gotten wet at some point.
The checkout process was incredibly easy. The Alexa works great!

The close proximity to the beach is wonderful. King bed very comfortable. The condo does need some updates. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Carpeting needs to be cleaned. Cookware needs improvements.

We had a Great time. Views are wonderful. Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. Short walk to the beach. Weather was very nice. The pool area could use a good cleaning. Hopefully when it slows down a bit they can get to it. Condo could use a little updating. But location is wonderful.
