This unit had all that was needed to prep & cook a meal. The master was great with the hand held shower head and jet tub. However the living room/dining area was not very family friendly at all. The space was cramped and the tables were too large for the space. If people sat at the table others could watch TV. Dining table was so big we couldn't even reach cards in the middle. The furniture could definitely be updated to something more cohesive.

Had a wonderful vacation. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. The balconies were great. Bedroom and living room had great views. I would definitely stay here again.

Love Pelican Isle 2021-10-05

We have stayed at Pelican Isle for many years. We could not ask for a better location. PI401 is a nice unit. It was clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of dishes and towels. We did experience refrigerator issues several times during our stay. The staff that came to diagnose the problems were very friendly and knowledgeable. Apparently this was not the first time this frig had issues. The only other issue is that, by design, the master bedroom stays HOT. You have to freeze out the front of the condo (blankets and sweatshirts) to even be able to almost comfortably sleep. There is a fan in the closet for a reason. This does not just apply to PI401. We have stayed in 501 for many years and have the same issue. There is no crockpot, so bring one from home. Would we stay in this unit again? Definitely. The refrigerator hopefully has been repaired and the hot bedroom can't be resolved.

Nice Place, lots a room for our family of 4. We had a few problems, but were COVID/Hurricane Related. Hot tub was closed (COVID). Walk through to pool and fitness center was closed. (Recent Hurricane damage). Also the master bedroom closet smell horrid. (Mildew/Mold). This was most likely due to the 2 hurricanes of recent weeks. We just kept the door closed and put our items in other closet. We like staying down here because the beach isn't as crowded.
