Very nice! Love the master on the Gulf. Only complaint was master sheets would not stay on bed. Way too little!

Another Great Vacation at Pelican Isle 2022-09-25

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. We have already booked the unit for next year! The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided. I would suggest that the kitchen be restocked. There were no plastic bowls with lids for storing food and there was only one very small skillet. All other kitchen items were plentiful. My husband suggests replacing the living room chair with one he can nap in. HaHa

Very clean. Nice amenities. Condo was great...comfy king bed, beautiful view, awesome walk-in shower in master. Would highly reccommend this condo! Only thing we wish were different is the washer dryer combo pushed back into the closet so you could close the door. The washer is very loud. The hot tub was broken too and that was disappointing to us.

We stay every October, usually in this same unit,504. Always a great week for a relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and well maintained. One suggestion, It’s definitely time the owners invest in a new mattress for the master bedroom. One side has a “valley”. A good nights sleep is crucial to a good vacation. Otherwise, another great stay in 504.

This unit has great views and is very clean. It needs a few minor upgrades (TV, paint) but overall was very nice. We had beautiful weather and great water conditions the week of our stay. The property was clean and very well maintained.

we had the perfect condo for 2 weeks. Everything was "spot on" as we entered a spotless unit. Perfectly located. Perfectly furnished. Pelican Isle facility was very clean and workers were busy every time we went out and came in. Brooks and Shorey made everything easy from inquiry to completion.

Covid Vaccination Reward!! 2021-04-12

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony was perfect-it allowed us to de stress after a long year of front line work. Our only disappointment was that our condo was not ready for occupancy until almost 6:30 PM which was frustrating after a long day of driving and the need to just get to our end destination. It was also clear that the agent calling us was tired of back from to tell people that the condos weren’t ready on time. I hope that can be resolved or at least, the offer of some compensation made for the inconvenience. Overall, the trip was a success. On the flip side, the agent I spoke with when I booked my trip was fantastic -she provided me with great suggestions. So, the agent on the front end gets 5 stars.

The furnishings were fine but some areas needed more attention to detail with cleaning. Crumbs in utensil drawer and dental floss on bathroom floor. The other areas were good but feel like cleaning staff rushed and missed areas.
