Search no longer for a place to stay. This place will check all your boxes. Location, views, beach access, helpful staff, easy check in and out. The unit was so nice, spacious and updated. There were so many restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were so helpful. We have already started making plans to return to this unit.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location. It used to have a higher and larger dining room table that was perfect for the kids to play games on in the evening. That was replaced with a much smaller round table. The sliding glass door curtains used to cover all of the glass blocking the early morning sun from awakening you before you were ready to rise. No longer. The curtains are wholly inadequate. No way to block the sun. And they fall down easily. This REALLY needs attention ASAP. Having said that, I will return to this exact location again next year.

First time to Florida for my family and it didn’t disappoint. The rental was nice. However the second bedroom full size bed could use a new mattress but other than that it was a great place.

Our room was pretty nice, but we don’t go for the room—we go for the view, proximity to the beach. It was very clean and had great sized bathrooms & overall a very large v ck o do compared to some we’ve stayed before. Liked that it was at the end of the condo row on the island do also quieter than some. Great trip!!

Beautiful location! and view. The condo needs hooks to hang jackets and beach bag etc... had to run the water along time to get hot water to wash hands, shower etc... walk in shower would be better than the tub. Beds were comfortable. Overall the place was clean and nicely maintained.

The property was as described. It was pretty clean. I am extra particular about kitchens and bathrooms, it could have used a little more attention but not terrible. We had no issues with anything while there. Check in was easy and actually got in a little earlier than we expected.

The condo was great! Clean, spacious for our family of 4. Very easy beach access, close to grocery stores, convience stoes, gas, and souvenirs. We took advantage of free dolphin cruise, it was a blast and we seen 50+ dolphins. Can't wait to go back!
