- This beautiful villa is the first unit from the beach....just a few short steps to the pool from the patio and beautiful Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in the area.

- The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths with updated furniture. The bedrooms are large and all boast a king bed. The baths are all marble with granite counter tops. Two of the bathrooms have large whirlpool tubs. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 

Enjoy the ocean breeze from the large terrace! The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator and a gas grill. A personal concierge is available to arrange dinner reservations, plan shore excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for groceries).

This resort is adjacent to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco resorts and guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use the amenities of those resorts which includes the full-service supermarket, video store, and deli. Both other resorts also have a children's activity center which is available to our guests
