This villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostatsin the main rooms.

The master suite has a kind bed with a pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance The guest suite provides a King sized bed, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. There is also a full bath off the living room.

The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining area full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
