The community atmosphere and privacy are great. It is about 7 miles from downtown Boone. Valle Crucis is only 6 miles away, as is the Watauga river village. Downtown Banner Elk is 14 miles. Blowing Rock is 16 miles away. Snow tubing, snowboarding, and ice skating are all available nearby. Appalachian Ski Mountain is located approximately 15 miles from the hotel. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort all lie less than 20 miles from each other. Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zip Lines are also nearby. Grandfather Mountain can be found less than 15 miles from Watauga Lake. Linville Caverns and Linville Falls are both 30 miles away. The master bedroom features a private bathroom, with a powder room and half-bathroom on the main level.
