Property Description

Sleepy Hollow, a newly renovated vacation cottage, is located in Yonahlossee Resort. It's just minutes away from Boone, Blowing Rock and Appalachian Ski Mountain. It's also close to Tweetsie Railroad and Grandfather Mountain. It is tucked away in a wooded setting, surrounded by native rhododendrons and towering hardwoods.


Yonahlossee Resort has over 7,000 acres of land to explore. It is surrounded by Moses Cone National Park and Julian Price National Park on three sides. Yonahlossee Resort is only four (4) mile from the charming downtown of Blowing Rock, which has shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Please read the directions carefully before you arrive at your destination. You can enter the cabin's parking area from two different directions:


You will reach the main entrance of Yonahlossee as you drive down Shulls Mill Road. On your left will be a large Yonahlossee Sign and on your right, a smaller sign. Turn right onto Oakley Green to enter Yonahlossee. Take the first left as you near the bottom of the slope. You will pass a cabin on your left and then turn right to get to the parking lot for Algonquin Cottage/Sleepy Hollow. Parking spots with labels will be located on your left and the cabin on your right. Continue driving past the Yonahlossee signs for approximately 500 feet as you drive down Shulls Mill Road. You will see the Gamekeeper Restaurant sign on your left as you round the bend. Just before the sign, there's a slight turnoff on the right. Turn right into the parking lot of Algonquin Cottage/Sleepy Hollow. Parking spots with labels will be located on your left and the cabin on your right.

You will need to descend a flight steps from the parking area and then ascend a short flight steps to reach the cabin's entry.
