Enjoy peaceful mountain living at this Yonahlossee Resort Townhome. This two (2) bedroom townhome with two and a quarter (2.5) bathrooms is located just minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock. This home is located on a gated street and nestled along a peaceful year-round stream. It has a two-level deck that allows you to enjoy the Appalachian mountains. The property also comes with club privileges, so guests can enjoy the fitness center and tennis courts indoor and outdoor at the club. The YRC must be contacted to reserve court time. A fee is charged.
The main floor features a living area with a cathedral-ceiling, a gas-log fireplace and stone chimney that extends to the ceiling, as well as a flat-screen television with Roku and Youtube Internet TV service. The open floor plan and pass through allows the living room to extend into the kitchen, which includes an updated refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the adjacent dining room that seats six (6). All bathrooms and kitchen counters are granite. Enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery on the two-level deck, which has a gas barbecue and seating. On the main floor, you'll also find a half-bath and stacked washer/dryer combination.
The main queen bedroom has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The second floor has a king-size bedroom, with additional sleeping provided by the twin-size bed and trundle. There is also a full bathroom and a spacious closet. The bathroom upstairs has a granite double vanity. The king-sized bedroom has shuttered windows that open into the great room. Outside, the great room's two-story windows offer a view of the woods and a creek.
All 3 TVs at Creekside at Yonahlossee have Roku and Youtube on all three TVs. The community maintains paved roads and there is parking for two (2) vehicles on a level surface. The driveway leads to the main entrance via a few steps. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs with you.
