This five-bedroom, three-level home is located in the Echota on the Ridge subdivision within the gated community of Echota. It offers stunning views from the ridge. Echota Club amenities include two clubhouses, one indoor and the other outdoor, with swimming pools and two fitness centers. Both clubhouses are equipped with fireplaces, kitchens and libraries. They also have pool tables. Echota has a private 25 acre riverside park, with a grill and picnic pavilion on the Watauga, miles of hiking and walk trails, and a fishing pond. Ridge Haven Lodge is located just a minute away from the outdoor pool and clubhouse of the Ridgetop Clubhouse, where guests can relax in the summer and enjoy the long mountain views. The five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The Hickory Master Suite, located on the main floor, features a king-sized bed, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The Chestnut Suite, located on the upper floor, features a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a full size sleeper loveseat to provide an extra sleeping space. The Dogwood suite is also located upstairs and has a king-size bed, a twin sleeper chair, as well as a private bathroom. The Frasier Bedroom, located on the lower level, offers a stunning view of the mountains. The Red Maple Bedroom is a comfortable bedroom with two twins and a flat screen TV. The lower-level hallway has a bathroom with a step in shower and double vanities.
