Sunset Ridge is a mountain home with rustic charm. It has four bedrooms and a generous ridge-top lot with beautiful, unobstructed, long-range views.

The main floor common areas of the home feature an open floor plan with long-range views, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and numerous windows allowing natural light to enter. The great room features a mounted 65-inch Samsung HDTV, a stacked stone gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and easy access to the deck, where you can enjoy the outdoor dining table, chairs, and a gas grill. Savor the majestic long-range views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom, and, of course, the deck itself.

The master suite on the main floor offers a king bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate jetted soaking tub. Upstairs are a king and a queen bedroom, each with a TV and a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is divided with the shower in a separate room, allowing fuller use of the facility. The open loft area has a dedicated workspace, cozy lounge chair, and lovely outdoor views, and it overlooks the great room below. 

Venture down to the lower level into the family room with a large TV, a second gas log fireplace, a ping-pong table, and an arcade game. This lower level has big, long-range views from the living and game area and the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Sunset Ridge has paved roads to the house and a level gravel parking area for 4 to 5 vehicles. The location is ideal, right between Boone and Banner Elk in the Valle Crucis area. Sunset Ridge is in a private gated community, and groups are asked to respect the neighborhood. Sound travels in the mountains, so please be mindful when enjoying the outdoor areas. There is a countywide noise ordinance in place after 10 pm. Sunset Ridge has a ring camera doorbell in place.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
