Important Property Notes • 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. For the extra effort, however, you are rewarded with seclusion, beauty, and a lot of fun just getting there! • Travel Insurance Recommended: During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. • Noise Ordinance in Place: Glade Mountain Top Retreat is located in a private community perfect for peaceful enjoyment. This community has a very low noise tolerance and is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for party groups or those looking for late nights of celebration on the deck.
