Looking for a centrally located cabin near Boone, West Jefferson, and Wilkesboro? Then this is the cabin for you! Nestled on a hillside within hiking distance of the Blue Ridge Parkway, 25 minutes to Boone, 20 minutes to West Jefferson and 35 minutes to Wilkesboro, Red’s Retreat puts you in the heart of the High Country.
The rocking chair covered front porch is the perfect place to take in the beautiful changing seasons of the Carolina Mountains.
Inside, you will find an open concept floor plan. You’ll be greeted by a full kitchen complete with stainless appliances, Keurig coffeemaker, cookware, and dishware. A dining table for four is strategically placed by the large windows allowing you to enjoy the mountain view as you dine.
A warm and inviting living area features cozy leather furniture (couch and recliner), gas fireplace for that true mountain feel and a flat screen Smart TV so you can binge watch your favorite show. The couch makes a full-size bed if you need additional sleeping space. A shared hall bath complete with shower/tub combo is located just off the kitchen/living area.
The primary bedroom features a comfy king size bed with a rustic barnwood headboard, reading lamps and side tables that offer USB charging ports. You’ll love curling up watching TV on the flatscreen Smart TV before winding down for a good nights’ sleep.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, side tables with USB charging ports and a flatscreen Smart TV.
There is high speed WiFi throughout the cabin along with a stackable washer and dryer.
You’ll love exploring the property, taking a stroll down to the creek, or hiking thru the woods to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
