Wildwood Vista is an amazing mountain home with rock-face view & a great location inside the Rumbling Bald resort gates. Bald Mountain, Shumont Range and Youngs Mountain can be seen all year round. Rustic Elegance and a true mountain feeling. You will see the kitchen/dining room and the living room on the main level (the fireplaces are electric inserts). This level also includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath, as well as a laundry room and a half bathroom. The upper level features a TV/family room with two twin-size Murphy Beds. A full bathroom and a bedroom with twin beds are located down the hall. This home is ideal for couples, extended families, or just good friends. The lower level has two queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in-shower. This lovely property is surrounded by trees and nature. There are plenty of deck and patio areas to enjoy the outdoors. You can enjoy unlimited internet and smart TV, but there is no cable or satellite package. Bring your passwords to Netflix, Prime or other favorite services.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

This home decorates for Christmas.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Two dogs are allowed for free. To avoid additional charges, guests must clean up any pet waste. Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
