Lake Use in 2025- Town Council and Town leadership are keenly aware of the importance of reopening the Lake as soon as it is safe to do so. Given the timing of the work that has been completed thus far and the need for ongoing work moving forward, it is extremely unlikely that the Lake will be able to open for the 2025 summer season. (This includes motorized and non-motorized vessels and swimming.) For those of you who have been following our storm recovery process closely, this news may not be a surprise to you. I thought it was important to share this news with you directly. Please note that Town Council and Town leadership will continue to evaluate options for opening the Lake or portions of the Lake and we will continue to keep you informed with any updates as new information becomes available.

The Space
Step through the front door into a warm and welcoming entryway. Just to the left, a full-size laundry room offers convenience for extended stays or mid-trip refreshes. Continue forward into a cozy king bedroom featuring its own fireplace and TV—perfect for winding down in comfort. A full bathroom with a soaking tub sits just down the hall for added ease.

Make your way toward the heart of the home and discover a curated coffee bar featuring three styles of coffee makers to suit every taste. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked and flows seamlessly into a generous dining area, where meals and memories are made. Open the doors to dine alfresco at one of two outdoor tables—ideal for morning coffee or evening grilling.

The living room is anchored by a grand stone fireplace(not operational June through August) and oversized TV, offering the ultimate space to cozy up after a day of adventure. The fully finished lower level is made for entertainment, with a second living area, large TV, vintage arcade games, board games, and a pool table that converts to ping pong or a game/puzzle table. Two queen bedrooms—each with its own TV—offer cozy accommodations, one of which has direct access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second full kitchen and additional laundry set make it ideal for multiple families or extended stays.
