The property boasts a fantastic feature that sets it apart from other New Smyrna Beach rentals – A private boat slip onsite! (For an additional minimal weekly cost.) This provides a great opportunity to explore the surrounding waterways (part of the most bio-diverse estuary in all of North America) and enjoy various aquatic activities. We kindly request guests to reserve the boat slip in advance. The boat slip comes equipped with electric and water hookups, making it effortless to prepare and maintain your vessel during your stay. Other Things To Note<br />
Please note that if you wish to use the boat slip, you must have your own insurance. This requirement helps protect both parties and ensures a safe and worry-free experience. The boat slip is at no cost and can accommodate up to a 36-foot boat. <br />
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $200 per week. The pool will be maintained at 85 degrees when heated.<br />
Guests must climb stairs as it's a 2-story home.<br />

HOUSE RULES<br />
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.<br />
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.<br />
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.<br />
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.<br />
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.<br />
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.<br />
- Pets are not allowed.<br />
