Property Description

This expansive home has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. It is perfect for a family getaway or family reunion. As you walk in, you are greeted by the open living room with a leather sofa and love seat and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen area is great for gatherings, with modern appliances, a huge center island with eight barstools, and granite countertops.
You can make your way upstairs with not only several guest bedrooms but also a second living area. This area has a flat-screen TV, oversized armchairs and loveseats, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony.
This home has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a large main bedroom on the first floor. It has several sliding glass windows for a great view of the pool and a king-sized bed. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, double vanities, and ample closet space.
The first guest bedroom is also on the main floor and has two twin beds and sliders to access the pool area. The second guest bedroom located upstairs has a queen bed and sliders that lead out to the balcony that overlooks the pool. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The fifth guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and the final guest bedroom has gorgeous views of the water and a queen bed.
The outdoor areas include shaded areas downstairs by the pool or the rooftop deck accessed by a spiral staircase. The latter offers not only full sun but also amazing views of the waterway and Marco Island.
This home is not far from restaurants, shops, coffee shops and a short drive to Tigertail Beach. It is the perfect home for those who want a great vacation spot as well as a space to relax.
