Property Description

Ebbtide is breathtakingly perched at the edge of a rugged point overlooking a sandy cove just north of Gualala, and provides unparalleled vistas to the horizon day and night. The interior offers comfortable quality accommodations which beautifully offset the wild outdoors. The living room offers plenty of seating, floor to ceiling windows to show off those amazing views, a fireplace and a flat screen tv. Relax in a chair by the windows and watch the whales go by! There is a cozy upstairs loft for curling up with a book or a drink to enjoy the view.

The kitchen is spacious, open to the living and dining areas. It is sure to please the chef in your party or to help make a quick meal really easy. It is well equipped with two ovens, a dishwasher, and all the basic essentials.

The master bedroom has a cal-king bed, smashing views, and sliding door to the deck. Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. The ensuite has a large shower, and same great views. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and view window overlooking the beach below. The adjacent hall bathroom also has a shower.

You'll find the propane BBQ and seating on the deck. Enjoy the views of the beach below, the ocean and waves and huge rocky outcroppings, or the cloudscapes and starry skies. And of course, there is the hot tub perched right at the edge. Access to Cook's Beach located just below the house is via a public trail a short walk from Ebbtide.

We require disclosure of any guests under 18, and the property is really not suitable for kids. In addition, a bluff-top acknowledgment addendum will be provided with the rental agreement.

Due to water conservation in effect, we do not make beds. Please make up ONLY the bed(s) you'll use to minimize unnecessary laundry loads. Clean linens will be bagged in each room.

Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.

11% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
