This is where the kids can hang out. This room can be used as an additional sleeping area for children and has a double futon. Hanging chairs that swing from ceilings, flatscreen TV, board and book games, small dinette table with 4 seats, bean bags, and a full-size fridge, microwave, and additional counter space are all available. The room has access to the rear yard (canal side), where you'll find a wood firepit, grilling area (with charcoal Park Grill), benches, seating, an outdoor shower, boat launch ramp, and dock area. A small garage is located adjacent to the room on the ground floor where you can store your kayaks or jet skis when they are not in use. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as you progress to the next level. This level houses the master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a double vanity sink. This large room also features a seating area with a sofa, end table, and a large walk-in wardrobe. It also has a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan. This room has direct access to the rear covered porch. The room has access to the oceanside deck from the intracoastal side. These outdoor spaces have comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Bedroom 2 is located down the hall and features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. It also has a dresser, end tables, and lamps. This room has direct access to a private deck with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway or the canal area. Bedroom 3 is located across the hall. It has a bunk bed with roll-out trundle (3 twins), as well as a dresser. This room can sleep 3 people and opens onto the oceanside deck, where you'll find comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning ocean views. This level also contains a full bathroom (bath 2) that includes a tub and a shower combination. It will serve bedroom 2 and 3. You will find the living room as you ascend to the top floor. The living room features two large queen-size sofas, a bench with pillows and comfortable chairs, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and various lamps. It also has a coffee table. You will be amazed at the stunning water views that highlight the Intracoastal Waterway. Here you will see elaborate and beautiful boats traveling north and south along this huge water corridor. You can also find the main channel of this canal right next to your back door that leads directly to the ICW, which gives you access to the ocean and beyond. This location allows you to launch your boat and tie it to the dock for easy boarding during the week. There is no on-site boat lift. The 4th bedroom is located adjacent to the living area. It has a queen Murphy Bed, ceiling fan and seating area with 2 chairs and a table. There is also a clothes rack, nightstand and lamps. This room features a wall of windows that highlights the canal and Intracoastal Waterway at the rear. This room offers the most spectacular view in the house. It also has access to a small balcony facing the canal. The 5th sleeping quarters is located adjacent to the living area on the oceanside. It has a bunk bed with roll out trundle (3 Twins), and can sleep 3 comfortably. This room is a great place for kids to hang out. It also has direct access to the oceanside balcony, where you can enjoy the amazing ocean views. A full bath with a walk in shower is located adjacent to the living room and two sleeping areas on the top floors. This room doubles as the laundry area, where you'll find a full-size washer/dryer. You will find the large kitchen and dining room on this upper level. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare basic meals as well as all the necessary major and minor appliances. Major appliances include two large, full-size refrigerators (one with water & Ice dispenser through door), range/oven combo, dishwasher and a built in microwave. Two coffee pots, a toaster, and a blender are the small countertop appliances. This kitchen has plenty of counter space and lots cabinets to store your weekly groceries and other supplies. The corner sink faces double windows, which highlight the ocean views while you prepare your family meals. The kitchen has direct access to the oceanside deck, which is equipped with a picnic bench and other tables and chairs that will allow you to enjoy the stunning ocean views and cool ocean breezes. The large dining area adjacent to the kitchen is large enough for all members of the family to eat together in close proximity. The dining table seats 8 people, and the bistro table is directly adjacent with 4 comfortable chairs (seats four). There is an extra-large area with 8 barstools that is located directly behind the dining table. This allows for 18 guests to share this special time together in one room. There is also a 4-chair bistro table, and a picnic table at the oceanside deck just off the kitchen for those who prefer to eat outside.
