Conveniently located only a mile from the shops, restaurants, festivals, and activities of downtown, this very attractive home is nestled into a beautifully serene setting, surrounded with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Lots of wildflowers, grapevines, fruit trees and– yes– even a sizable raspberry patch envelope a yard that's big enough for the whole family to enjoy, with the stunning Enchantment Mountains peeking through the landscape in the distance.
Spacious enough to accommodate up to 9 people, with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, Raspberry Farm is attractively furnished and decorated with wood, stone and tile. One bedroom with private bath is located on the main floor; three bedrooms–one with a private bath– are upstairs, and all of the upstairs bedrooms have their own private balconies. There is a large walk-in shower in the roomy bathroom located off the upstairs Master Bedroom.
On the main floor, the large, fully equipped kitchen and wonderful, large dining room table are both perfect for families or small groups. A large living room easily accommodates a group, with TV, DVD, games and books. The glass-fronted wood-burning stove framed with river rocks provides that special atmosphere for festive seasonal get togethers.
With a full acre of land surrounding this beautiful little “farm," there’s lots of room outdoors for BBQ’s and summertime relaxing in the sun. Located close to a trailhead, it’s a great place for hikers, with a private hot tub that's ideal for relaxing in after a day of recreation.
