Located beachfront on the St Helena Sound you have your own private boardwalk to the beach. The main floor has the living, dining, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. A large screen porch, with lots of seating and tables, is accessed from the living area. Wonderful views of the water from this part of the home! A hallway on the right of the great room leads to the bedrooms on this floor. Two bedrooms face the water. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin(no TV). This bedroom opens onto the screen porch. There is split hall bath next to this bedroom. A 1/2 bath (vanity and toilet) is accessed from the hallway. A separate shower area is adjacent to this, with another 1/2 bath on the opposite side. This part of the bath opens into the 2nd bedroom facing the water. This room has a queen bed, TV, and opens onto a deck area adjacent to the screen porch, beach side. There are two other bedrooms on this level(facing Palmetto Blvd). The first bedroom has a queen and a single(no TV). The second bedroom has a king(with TV). There is a 1/2 bath connected to the queen bedroom that opens into a full bath(tub/shower). The full bath also opens into the bedroom with the queen and single bed. The downstairs, ground level, is interconnected to the main floor with stairs to the side of the living room. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, one with 2 singles, the other, a queen. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath on this floor as well as a separate shower room.
