Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs, one bedroom and half bath on main living floor with kitchen, living and dining areas and laundry room. Home is only ten years old, so appliances are newer. Has dishwasher, electric glass-top stove, microwave, oven and stainless refrigerator with ice maker, as well as washer and dryer. Outside there’s a boat dock, heated swimming pool and fish cleaning table. Quiet setting convenient to Key West, No Name Key, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Bahia Honda State Park. A wide porch wraps around three sides of the house to increase living area and provide peek-a-boo view of Cudjoe Bay. Folding table with chairs can be set up outside or in. Ping pong table downstairs, as well as lounge chairs for the pool, two kayaks and a paddle board. Easy access to fishing and diving sites in the Lower Keys. Fast access to Cudjoe Bay for great kayaking and viewing beautiful sunsets.
