This lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is located in Key Largo Florida. It is centrally located and close by some of Key Largo’s best attractions, including some of the most popular snorkeling/diving sites in Florida Keys. This home has easy access to Adam's Cut for Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay and open water dockage. It is the perfect spot for ecotourists and fishing enthusiasts. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Enjoy Sunrises, Water Views from every room and bird watching if you have the chance. You can also relax at the heated pool, or on the second floor deck, while unplugging yourself from the daily stress. At night you can enjoy the stars and moon. This home was designed to provide continuous indoor and outdoor enjoyment. This beautiful key-style house has a spacious, open-plan design with a stylish, cozy interior and all of the comforts of home. In the fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, you can cook for your family and friends while enjoying the water views through the large kitchen window. There is also additional seating at the counter-bar and covered patio seating/dining areas by the pool. The home is perfect for up to six guests, who will enjoy the comfort of the three beds located on the second level. This home is a great place to settle down and make it your "Happy Place". A minimum stay of 3 months is required. Dockage is only available with prior approval if your boat is less than 19 feet.
