Sand Dollar 14 is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. Amenities include three beachfront balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, and TVs. The interior of Sand Dollar 14 is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and third-level king bedroom offer incredible water views. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of two chairs and an oversized umbrella. Layout: 1st Floor Sleeps 4: Entryway | Bunk Bed Room With Twin over Twin Bunk Beds | Queen Room and Bathroom | Balcony. 2nd Floor Sleeps 2: Living Area With Open Kitchen and Dining | ½ Bath | Queen-size sleeper sofa | Balcony. 3rd Floor Sleeps 4 - King Master with Balcony and Bathroom | Queen Bedroom with Bathroom Lower Beach Level - Large covered balcony area with steps to the beach. Up to two standard vehicles can park free of charge in uncovered parking, which is 15 feet by 27 feet. Additional parking is available at Alvin’s Island across the street for a daily fee if needed. There are also public parking lots throughout the area. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check-Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items.
