This house offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Levels with 2 Lakeview Decks and a nice Lakefront Patio area with firepit. A grass lakefront yard leading to the 2 Well Dock with Swim Platform and a western exposure offering hours of fun in the sun. The Boat Slips are 9’ X 24” and 10’ X 26’. All Three Bedrooms Offer Queen Beds and there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper making it comfortable to sleep 8 people in beds and there is plenty of floor space if you want to bring an air mattress for the kids. The upper entry level hosts the livingroom, the kitchen, dining area all of which are Lakeview as are two of the bedrooms. A large Lakeview sweeping deck adjoins this level and the Lower Level offers the Master Lakeview Bedroom with a private bath and leads out to another Lakeview covered patio area. The Lakefront Grass yards leads to the dock and an old boat house concrete ramp leading into the lake, a perfect place for your dog to get in and out of the water.
