Welcome to "Sand's Hideaway", the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation. This stunning oceanfront property has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The property is located in the heart of the 24/7 beach, just a stone's throw from the ocean. The many windows offer stunning sunrise and sunset views. This house has a large deck and screened-in porch, Oceanside. You can relax and enjoy the coast from the comfort of the deck and porch. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and TV. The second floor has four bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds, one with two queen-size beds, and one with a king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. On the second floor, there are three bathrooms including an en-suite and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The loft area is perfect for reading or napping in the afternoon. You can also relax on the balcony adjacent. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare your favorite meals, including a separate refrigerator. This open floor plan that leads into the dining and living rooms will ensure that no one is left out of the fun. In October 2018, a new air cleaning a/c filters system was installed.

Enjoy grilling on the gas barbecue provided and use the outdoor shower to wash off the sand from your beach day.

The rental includes a four-seat golf cart that can be picked up from Excursions in the Marina. This is a great way for you to explore Fripp Island and enjoy all of its amenities and wildlife ....or drive the cart down to the beach and stop at the Food Court to get ice cream! Most people prefer to travel on Fripp Island in this way.

You will receive 14 amenity cards. These are required for you to visit the restaurants, swimming pools, golf or tennis courts, and pick up your golf trolley. You can also get up to $700 worth of discounts on golf and Tennis!
