You may park in the South side grassy areas if there is not enough parking during construction hours. All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case, and dish towel � EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star �White Glove Treatment�.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
This unit is located in the 3rd Building on the West side of the beachside property. You will use the 2nd entrance to enter the property. Two parking spaces are available underneath the building. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, you may take the stairs located at the front of the building or the elevator located at the back of the building.
This complex offers 2 outdoor pools, one located beachside and the other is located directly across the street. Also across the street, you will find a newly built pier overlooking the Lagoon, perfect for those who love to fish! This complex has a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables located to the left of the pool right next to the boardwalk leading out to the beach.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between October through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest Friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancelation.
