Property Description

Little Gem is 432 square foot home nestled in the woods on a 43x475 foot deep lot, built in the 1950's has all that you need for a comfortable stay. This home has 2 bedrooms and one bath with shower.  One bedroom has a full size bed the other is a children’s bunk bed for small children or one adult on lower bunk. The side of the home has an area with firepit and charcoal grill. Across the road is 25 foot Lake access, you go down the pathway to a very narrow wooden walkway to access Lake Huron. This home is conveniently located in Oscoda so if you prefer an all day beach day the public beach isn't  far away, and if you need anything from town it is close by:) Quaint as this little gem is it is best suited for 2 Adults. Internet/TV Streaming service is Spectrum Charter services there is a Roku Device in place for your use. 

No pets allowed.
