Country Club Villas is a beautifully maintained complex with only 116 units. The unit is just a few steps away from 3 pools, hot tubs and 2 tennis courts. It has its own private propane gas BBQ on the lanai, dining table for four people and a sitting area for two. High speed WI-Fi and telephone with free local and long distance to the US mainland, Canada and the other Hawaiian Islands is provided. This unit has its own washer and dryer. 

Country Club Villas is very well located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with several restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA grocery store, CVS drug store, and a Farmer’s Market open every Saturday. There is also a pick-up point for the Kona Trolley to downtown and other parts of the town. Kahalu’u Beach Park is 1 mile away and boasts the best snorkeling on the island.  Keauhou Bay is only a ten-minute walk away for ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and fishing activities. Walk to the Sheraton Kona Resort for ocean-side dining, manta ray viewing or a special day at the spa.
