Our Tommy Bahama inspired home ensures that you will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in paradise. The 2-story villa has 2 lanais, vaulted ceilings and large expansive windows that create an open airy feel. The open kitchen features granite countertops and newer appliances. Each bedroom has a California King bed and flat screen smart televisions. There is an assigned parking space just a few steps away from the front door.

Within the gated community there are 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi spa, a tennis court, fitness center and outdoor grills available to all residents. Here you will be within walking distance of world-class golfing, beautiful beaches, some of the Islands finest luxury resorts, numerous restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries and much more.

Enjoy a 15-minute walk to the popular A-bay for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and an occasional honu (sea turtle) siting! Take a short drive to Hapuna State Beach and enjoy a day of body surfing and warm ocean waters. Fishing, sailing, whale-watching (seasonal) and snorkel cruises are all available from Waikoloa Beach Resort.

At the central point of the Big Island adventures await you from every direction. Drive up the hill to Waimea and enjoy the 3 farmers markets. Visit Kohala, the birthplace of King Kamehameha III, for zip lining or shop the local artisan boutiques and galleries. Continue a few more miles north to Pololu Lookout for picturesque island and valley views. If you are really adventurous hike down to the black sand beach below the lookout spot. Visit Mauna Kea Summit for nighttime stargazing or spend the day at Volcano National Park…both are about a 2hr drive from Waikoloa Beach Resort.

When you have finished your day of adventure, return home to relax, rest and refresh. Once you’ve had some time to refresh be sure to visit one of the nearby restaurants for pupu’s and sunset…the traditional Hawaiian way to end the day and await the dawn of a new day!
