The Manitou Riverhouse is tucked away on a quiet corner of The River Trail, but just blocks from the action of main street and a short walk from Telluride's free Gondola. 

This unit offers two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, one with a queen size bed, plus an additional open loft space with a full size bed overlooking the living room. Picture windows provide lots of light in the living room where you can relax with a good book or glass of wine next to the fireplace between your mountain adventures. Enjoy a meal prepared in the small but stocked kitchen at the breakfast bar or dining table.

Enter this property on the lower level where you'll find the large 2-twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Head up the cozy stairwell where you'll find the open kitchen and living spaces and the queen bedroom. Open the blinds to enjoy the view and feel like you're in a treehouse! The second bathroom is on this level and features a steam shower. Up one more set of stairs to the loft which offers an additional sleeping space (be advised these are high/open steps and the loft ceiling is low).

The Manitou Riverhouse has a complex shared hot tub, designated ski lockers, and a communal deck facing the river. The lodge is just two blocks on the trail to Lift 8 and Telluride's free gondola and in the other direction a 5-minute walk to Town Park. There is a street parking permit available for one vehicle on the surrounding streets.
