Villa Pacifica, located on the Pacific Coast, celebrates Mexico's rich culture one epic sunset at the time. Our team invites you and your family to reconnect with each other.

Villa Pacifica is located in the exclusive, 1,500-acre community Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit. It's only 1 hour away from Puerto Vallarta. The 7-Bedroom Beachfront Property designed by renowned architect Pepe De Yturbe is situated on an 11,000 square foot compound. This newly renovated residence is located in Ranchos Estates, just a few feet from the ocean. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated suites as well as new amenities throughout the entire Villa. The villa offers the best location, privacy and spacious indoor-outdoor areas. It has a palm tree courtyard connecting two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool with jacuzzi and pool beds, a panoramic view of the ocean from the garden with a firepit, beach chairs, and private beach access. The villa is fully staff to delight our guests, and to attend to every request...Our guest have everything they need at our home.

Villa Pacifica guests will enjoy the amenities and services of Club Punta Mita. These include the 5 beach clubs: Surf Club, Kupuri Sea Breeze Pacifico, Sufi Beach Club and the Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses (including the "Tail Of The Whale" 3-B Hole, the only natural island green in the world), the tennis center managed by Peter Burwash (PBI), and the fitness center, which includes a full pro-shop and locker facilities.

THE STAFF

Villa Pacifica has a full staff of a house manager, concierge, housekeeper, chef, and butler on site for your Punta Mita vacation.

The friendly, attentive staff at the villa will welcome you with freshly made margaritas, and take your luggage up to your room.

THE BEACH

The pool grass area has a private staircase that leads to the private beach, which connects to the ocean.

Enjoy the Kayaks, Paddle Boards, and Body Surfboards that are available.  

Staff and Amenities

Gourmet Chef and Kitchen Attendant : Our chefs will prepare any meals you request as well as any drinks or snacks needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages Are Not Included. We will work with you and your Chef to create a grocery list and stock the Villa prior to your arrival.

Private Butlers Full Time: All of our butlers have bartending skills and our LuxMex Margarita is to die for. They can also help the chef by setting up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Daily Housekeeping All our Villas include daily housekeeping. Housekeepers will arrive at noon or any other time requested by you.

Concierge Service: We can provide information about the area, clubs, and activities. We can also run errands, such as picking up groceries, or renting an extra golf cart during your stay.

Destination planning includes, but is not limited to, reservations for restaurants, activities or beach clubs.

L'Occitane Towelries: Villas are stocked with L'Occitane towels or equivalent replacements. Restaurants, shops, beaches, golf, tennis, and golf carts are all within a short distance of your villa
