Enjoy the scenic Mt. Baker region at your own private waterfront chalet on Silver Lake. Just minutes from Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, you will have endless activities to keep you busy such as Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking, River Rafting, Swimming, Kayaking or just enjoying the water view from the comfort of the your chalet.
The Waterfront Chalet is 2400 square feet of pure Luxury built in 2007 just for entertaining with friends and family. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 8 and has 3 King Size Beds and 2 twin size boat beds, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 6 Burner commercial gas Range, 2 gas fireplaces (one up and one down), large great room with wall of windows facing the lake, washer/dryer, Foosball table, HDTV with DVD player, WIFI, Weber BBQ (propane) and Hot Tub! Enjoy the great outdoors on 4 waterfront acres! Don't worry about electricity and power outages again as this home has a new EV charger (phase 2) and a whole house backup generator.
The home has a seasonal dock with an optional row boat rental and life jackets if you want to go fishing or explore the lake. Silver Lake is stocked with trout each year and fishing season opens the last weekend in April. Silver Lake Park is great for kids with a sandy beach for water play, a new play ground and lots of room to roam! The Waterfront Chalet has a landscaped yard, a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows, outdoor chairs and tables, lounge chairs, picnic table and a propane BBQ for cooking your favorite meal.
Boat Rental is $25 per night. (Rental Availablity is April- October)
