Kihei Holiday Unit 120 - Partial Ocean View Twe Bedroom One Bath 900 sq. ft. located on the 1st floor - 1 Dog Considered.

This is a low density two story resort. Unit 120 has partial ocean views of Sugar Beach just across the street.

This home sleeps up to 5 guests max.

We will consider one dog with larger non-refundable cleaning fee and a fully refundable security deposit. Special requirements must be met before approval.

Charming downstairs corner condo is perfect for family of 5 looking to save money and vacation in comfort! You have ocean views from the kitchen, living room and lanai. Directly across the street from a "near private" stretch of Sugar beach with plenty of palm trees to sit under and relax and dream. The beach stretches for miles; perfect for runners or walks. You are walking distance to Isana a Korean BBQ and sushi restaurant. A little further walk is ocean front restaurant Monsoon India.

The downstairs unit stays nice and cool There is a window air conditioner should you need it in the living room and ceiling fans. There is free wireless high speed Internet for your devices. The internet in the condo is fast enough to stream video. There is a smart tv with streaming apps in the living room along with a DVD player. There is a second flat screen TV in the bedroom.

In the living room, there is both a loveseat and a sofa that recline. There is no sofa bed, but there are two single size foam mattresses. The unit has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, and one queen size bed in the second bedroom.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your private use.

Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, boogie board, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more!

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home; this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

* There is a $200 fine for smoking. Guest may smoke outdoors and more than 20 feet away from any building. No smoking at the swimming pool.

* The separate $200.00 USD security deposit you pay is fully refundable. It will be held and returned within 14 days after your departure date. The security deposit will be used if excessive cleaning or damage to unit is beyond normal wear and tear. NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit or outside on the lanai or hallways. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy or be taken out of the security deposit.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals: 110-472-4992-01
