Property Description
Magnificent Two Bedroom unit with comfortable upscale furnishings. The Master and Second Bedroom are tastefully decorated and have Full Bathrooms (large jacuzzi tub in master) plus a full bath in the main great room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new granite. There are large flat screen TV's in each room along with DVD players and USA satellite in the main living area as well as a USA telephone for FREE incoming and outgoing calls to the US. Six people can be accommodated easily utilizing the two queen beds and one king bed. Maid service is included every other day.
The large balcony gets the morning sun and is perfect for lounging. There is a large table that seats up to eight guests, a wet bar with ice maker, gas grill, and chaise lounges.
We also provide a personal "Concierge" who can help you with everything to make your vacation as enjoyable and easy for you as possible. He will greet you with Margarita's when you arrive and orient you to the Villa. We can provide you with a grocery list a few days before you arrive (if you'd like) and he will happily shop for groceries and have them put away and ready when you arrive. Also, any errands or shopping while you are our guests. In addition, he can make dinner reservations (or arrange for a private chef to come in), and generally be your Cabo liaison for all of your needs!
This is a luxury condominium which has numerous hotel style amenities including our swim up bar in the heated pool, on site restaurants, room service, concierge, business center and so on. Plus, there is an on-site mini grocery to meet any in room needs along with a deli & bakery, ice cream shop and more!
A full service spa is available for pampering. Tennis courts and a wonderful exercise area are on-site for additional recreation as well. Also worth mentioning are the lavish pool and hot tub areas!
This oasis is located directly on Medano Beach with a view of "Lands end". It's just a short 5 minute taxi ride to downtown or a 20 minute stroll down the beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Agency will refund to Guest(s) 100% of the Total Payments made by Guest(s) to the Agency minus a $250 Partner Fee (Administration Resort Fee) in the event Guest(s) cancels the reservation with at least Sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the rental period, otherwise, payments made from Guest(s) to Agency are not refundable. Agency recommends Guest the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance
