This newly upgraded (2021) 3BR/3BA beach home in the lovely Water's Edge community of Folly Beach, is only a few blocks to the beach and one block over from 'downtown' Folly. Uniquely designed in historical Charleston fashion, this 1700 square foot townhome boasts wonderful amenities and many upgrades that will provide you and your guests a comfortable and memorable stay. The kitchen is equipped with lovely dark granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a newly installed custom backsplash.
The top floor private balcony accessed through the master bedroom has views of the river; and adjacent to the living room, you can relax on your private screened in patio and enjoy our gorgeous sunsets. Otherwise, you can relax by the pool and clubhouse that is available to all guests while in season. Come see for yourself how wonderful and relaxing a stay at Folly Beach can be!
