Shoveling is renter responsibility . If it snows please shovel deck walk way. Shovel is provided in the garage for renter use. Snow plowing is provided,

Winter season brings snow, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed.
We suggest you prepare for the winter rentals, no refunds will be given if you are unable to get to the property because you do not have four wheel drive .
