Wateras Edge is a Destin vacation rental home that offers all the amenities you would expect. It is located in Destiny West, Destin Florida. The pool deck extends to the lake and features modern outdoor furniture, a sun shelf, sill-over spa, and the great fortune of getting full sunlight every day. Next, consider the kitchen and dining room. There are 12 seats between the waterfall island, the custom bench, the dining table and a natural wood bar. The kitchen and wine bar are a great place to entertain guests. You will also find a laundry room on the first level.
The beach-smooth design continues as you climb the stairs. The bedrooms facing south have access to the second-floor balcony. The Primary bedroom shines with its luxurious bathroom that includes a freestanding tub and a glass shower. The third floor entertainment room and its balcony offer stunning views of the lake, beach and mountains. Hollyas Haven is its loving name. This modern home on the water shows pride of ownership. Guests can also enjoy Destiny Westas swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and beach across the street. There are also countless restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.
This vacation rental home has an external front camera for security and safety.
On request, the office can heat this pool between October and April for an additional daily charge. Heating requests made within 48 hours of check in are subject to an additional charge
A welcome kit includes small dish soap, dish soap, sponge and a roll each of paper towels. Each receptacle will have a trash liner and a set each of soaps and toilet paper. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish supplies.
We require a minimum stay of two nights during summer and over holidays.
