With accomodations for 8, this is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2TV's, VCR/DVD, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Condo is non smoking, no pets.Owner will rent to groups from 5/23/16 - 06/27/16, with a security deposit of $1000.00. All other weeks are for family rentals only, with a $500 security deposit. Occupancy 8. For the 2013 season, all new beds, carpet, stove/oven, and FREE WI-FI!
