Property Description

Good Life at the "C" is a stunning beach house with a private, screened-in pool. It also has a carriage house. It is located in Seacrest East, a residential community with miles of jogging trails and bike trails. It is peaceful and tranquil, but it is close to shopping and restaurants.

A gas grill is available in the wonderful screened-in area with lounge chairs. The home is beautifully decorated and only a short distance from a deeded beach.

From the top floor, you can enjoy 180-degree views of the gulf from the expansive porches. You can enjoy stunning sunsets in privacy. The living room is bright and inviting, with plenty of seating. The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The home sleeps 12 people and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the large primary bedrooms are king-sized. Each bathroom has a private bath, a double vanity and a walk-in tub. A child's den is a great place to watch TV and movies.

The house has Wi-Fi, 6 TVs and 3 refrigerators. There are also 2 Keurig machines and an ice machine. The carriage house is ideal for children or second families. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a great kitchen, and a large living area.
