It is an easy drive to all of the Tahoe activities you may want. Located near the community of Meyers with several delicious restaurants (Fricano, Meyers Down Town Cafe, Getaway Cafe, Divided Sky and more) The Tahoe Paradise Golf Course and Lake Tahoe Golf course are just minutes away. It is an easy drive to Sierra At Tahoe or approximately 20 minutes to Heavenly.
The driveway is level then there are stairs down to the front porch and entry. The house it self is one level but only accessed by stairs. You enter a bright and sunny living room with an electric fireplace, flat screen TV and cozy setting. The kitchen is right off the living room so the family will be gathered together. In the summer time the spacious deck runs the length of the house. There are two bedrooms and a bath on one end of the house. The third bedroom and bath are located on the opposite side. There is a full laundry in addition.
There is a small side yard that is fenced.

This is the perfect spot for a family looking to coming and play in Tahoe-explore the trails, mountain bike, hike, in the spring time raft the river. Tahoe's beaches are just a short drive away.

The house is small but perfect for small groups or a single family. We had 5 adults, so we were comfortable and not on top of each other. Would be nice if the owners would invest in a new stove, as the one in the house is quite dated. Newer deck made for relaxing in the evening perfect. An umbrella for the table would be a nice addition as the deck faces the west and gets the hot afternoon sun making for an uncomfortable experience until the sun starts setting behind the tree line. There is no air conditioner so it can get warm in the afternoon, leave the ceiling fans on all day and night. Overall, a nice place with the majority of amenities of home. Only minutes from Raley's grocery store and the lake. Only about 15-20 minutes from Stateline for casino fans depending on traffic.
