This property is for those looking for that "old Florida charm'. Bungalow Garden Apartment is a ground level apartment of the three units available at this location. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. This unit does NOT have heat. The master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin trundle bed. The pool is not heated and the hot tub does not work, however, the pool does overlook the beach. Cook dinner on the gas grill as you watch the sun set. For your convenience there is a common laundry room on site. For larger parties and a more private experience, all 3 units can be rented together. ***** Please note this condo has a Standard rating. The condo is well maintained. It meets the majority of our guest expectations and the Plumlee Vacation Rental standard criteria.
