This property is for those looking for that "old Florida charm'. Bungalow Courtyard Apartment is a second story apartment of the three units available at this location. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a "Peek a boo" view of the beach. This unit does NOT have heat. The master has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. This apartment once was two separate apartments so it has 2 kitchens. The fireplace is not functional but the flat screen tv above the mantel is! The pool is not heated and the hot tub does not work, however, the pool does overlook the beach. Cook dinner on the gas grill as you watch the sun set. For your convenience there is a common laundry room on site. For a larger more private experience, all 3 units can be rented together. ***** Please note this condo has a Standard rating.
