Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions. In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

We give our guests space but we're available when needed As your host, we are available from 0900-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

Miami features everything from arts and culture to dining, nightlife, shopping and entertainment, there’s so much to do in Downtown Miami and Brickell. Situated on the edge of sparkling Biscayne Bay, the towering high rises of Downtown Miami and Brickell offer stunning views at every turn. This is Miami’s financial district, but the bustling city center is also home to a thriving arts and culture scene, exciting restaurants, nightlife, outdoor shopping and picturesque bayfront parks, all waiting for exploration.


The Miami Art Deco home is a 1682 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a dedicated office in Miami! ROOMS: This house sleeps 7 guests. Please see below for bed count: - Room 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) Private Bathroom - Room 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2) - Room 3: Queen bed (room sleeps 2) - Living room - Sofa that sleeps 1-2 people BATHROOM: 2 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, soap, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot (drip style), stove top, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining areas with seating for 6 and all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR AREAS: The backyard has a dining table for 6 and a BBQ grill. Please note that backyard is a shared space with back house tenant. PARKING: Free parking is available right outside the property (street parking). No parking in the driveway as it is reserved for back house tenant. WHATS INCLUDED: Free WIFI, Smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use. DRIVING DISTANCES: 14 mins to Miami International Airport 20 mins to Dolphin Mall 10 mins to So Beach & Port close to all highways Guest access: The entire house is for your exclusive use. Outdoor spaces are shared with backyard studio tenant. Garage and driveway are not for guest's use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in through the DACK app. Other things to note: Please NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you Private community requires strict observance of lower volume to outdoor music. Commercial vehicle parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Only 2 private vehicles allowed.
