Located just a little over one mile from the beach and close to local shopping, restaurants, and even a nearby gas station, you’ll love the convenience of being near it all while still enjoying a peaceful place to unwind. Start your mornings slow with coffee in the kitchen, spend your afternoons exploring Port A like a local, and end the day back at home for a little friendly competition on the shuffleboard table.<br />

GOLF CART INFORMATION<br />

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM<br />
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed<br />
• For same-day arrivals, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day<br />
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts<br />
• After your booking is confirmed, Joy Golf Carts will reach out to finalize the rental details<br />

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED<br />

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.<br />

• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay<br />
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time<br />
• There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance<br />
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year<br />
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month<br />
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island<br />
