The entire property can be rented out, but we are focusing on a hotel-style room rental that includes a private master bedroom with a king-sized bed, fireplace and an oversized bathroom, as well as access all common areas, including a massive, fully equipped kitchen with basic cookware and dishes, a bar area for four people, and a living room complete with a smart television and fireplace.

The luxury suite 2 bedroom rental includes:

First room has a king-sized memory foam mattress with gel infusion, 2 nightstands and a fireplace. There is also a walk-in closet, 2 chairs, and a coffee table, and an oversized private master bathroom with two sinks, large glass shower, and a massive jetted bathtub.

Second room with two high-end queen-sized, gel-infused memory foam mattresses, 2 nightstands and a smart TV. There is also a dresser, a closet and access to the half bathroom on the main floor.

The maximum occupancy of this two bedroom rental is six people.

This accommodation is ideal for travelers who only need simple accommodations in this private room. They need a comfortable bed and don't mind using the common areas of this large home with other travelers who also rent their own private rooms.

We do not allow pets in the private rooms. This is to ensure that all other travelers are treated with respect, especially those who may have allergies or noise sensitivities.

No exceptions. Smoking, vaping and the use of recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises. If you do not comply with the pet policy or the smoking/drug policy, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may have to pay additional costs to remove odors and repair any damage.
